Your personal data may be made available to persons authorized by ADO, entities providing ADO services, including technical and organizational services, e-mail services, our subcontractors, to whom ADO outsources some of the services provided under the contract, as well as other entities / persons / bodies to the extent and under the rules specified by law.

9. The period storage of personal data:
a) Personal data acquired in connection with the conclusion of the contract for the sale of goods and services will be kept until the end of the period of limitation of potential claims under the contract,

IV. Complaint proceedings
- All complaints related to the use of this website should be submitted in electronic form to the following address: [email protected].
- The complaint should contain:
a. User's name and surname, postal address, account name and e-mail address,
b. the subject of the complaint,
c. circumstances justifying the complaint.
3. Complaints that meet the requirements set out in paragraph 2, shall be considered immediately, in the order of their receipt, within no more than 14 days. If the complaint cannot be dealt with at a given time, the Service Provider will notify the User submitting the complaint within this period about the reasons for the delay and the expected time of its consideration.
- In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
- The parties that may arise in connection with the performance of the subject matter of the contract shall submit the decision to the District Court in Białystok.
- Technical requirements necessary to cooperate with the ICT system used by BISON-BIAL: A computer connected to the Internet equipped with an Internet browser that supports Flash.
- Consumers are not affected by the provisions governing their rights or obligations in a manner inconsistent with the generally applicable regulations, or in a way contrary to the consumer's interest, in particular consumers are not subject to point V (2) of the Regulations.
